Before returning any of these products please call 1(800) 509- RAMP from 9am-7pm Monday thru Friday to make us aware of the situation and so our friendly sales associates can help you thru the return process.

You may return products within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. Please return products in there original packages.

Please be advised that no returns will be accepted after 30 days (1 month) from the date of purchase..

Custom-built products, ramps or modular ramp systems cannot be returned.

Should the product you purchased have been offered with free shipping and handling included, then the actual shipping charges incurred to have the item delivered to you will be deducted from the refund.

We will not accept returns that have been damaged or have signs of use or missing parts, I.E. not complete, unless it was caused by the shipping Company while in transit to you.

If by mistake you ordered the wrong product please make us aware of the situation so we can recommend the correct product for your particular needs. We like to keep our customers happy.
