Overbuilt Lifts / Lift Assembly

 

All lifts are shipped unassembled via Yellow Freight or Overnite Transportation, but assembly is easy!

 

Lay the 7 or 8 Overbilt Lift pieces out on a level surface according to the photo supplied with the lift.

 

 

 

 

Insert the lift assemblies into the camper receiver. Make sure the lift assemblies are locked in the up position and secure with 5/8" pins. 

 

 

 

 

Slide the winch bar into the right and left lift assemblies. Using two 3/4" pins, attach the lifting bar to the lift assemblies.

 

 

 

 

Slide the lift extensions into the lift assembly and secure it with two 5/8" pins. Attach the tray to the lift extensions using 2 7/16" bolts. 

 

 

 

Bolt the tow bar onto the lift extension using 8 bolts.

 

 

 

 

 

Attach the hand crank or optional electric winch to the winch bar with 2 bolts. The electric winch uses two pulley blocks while the hand crank uses only one. 

 

 

 

 

Mount the tail lights to the tray The electric wire harness and wiring diagram is supplied with the taillights.

 



 

Wire the optional electric winch to a 12 volt source from your coach. Quick connect wiring is supplied with the winch.

 

 

 

 

Attach the tie-downs and straps to any or all of the 10 tie down locations.
